Dale F. Lind, age 92, of Weyauwega, passed away peacefully at his home and was reunited in heaven with his wife LouAnn on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. He was born on April 2, 1933 in the Town of Poygan, WI, the son of the late Edwin and Mabel(Pufahl)Lind.


On June 27, 1954, Dale married LouAnn Bartel at St. John Lutheran Church in East Bloomfield. Together they raised four sons, Troy, Bryan, Randal and Terry. LouAnn preceded him in death on November 24, 2022. Dale worked for Waushara County for 34 years before retiring. He and LouAnn enjoyed snowmobiling and traveling and were member of the Sawdust City Tree Dodgers Snowmobile Club. Dale also loved mowing his lawn and gardening, he was a Detroit Lions fan, and one of his favorite activities was listening to his boys share their stories when they would come and visit. Dale was a member of Christ Lutheran Church in West Bloomfield, where he was a former school board member.


Dale is survived by his four Sons, Troy (Marco) Lind, Bryan (Special friend, Cindi) Lind, Randal Lind, and Terry (Fiance' Renee) Lind; nine grandchildren, Jeremy (Cathy),Travis, Clint (April), Christopher (Ashley), Austin, Heather, Danielle(Josh), Tristan (Stephanie),and Hunter; seven great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, a sister-in-law, Peggy Schmidt; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.


He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife LouAnn, two daughters-in-law, Tammy and Trudy; three brothers, Lloyd(Donna), Duane(Janet) and Jerome(Bev) and a brother-in-law, Carleton Schmidt.


A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 11:00 am at Christ Lutheran Church, N6412 State Rd. 49, Weyauwega. Rev. Brian Weber will officiate. Visitation will be held at Christ Lutheran Church on Tuesday, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Inurnment will be in Concordia Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for Christ Lutheran Church and


Concordia Cemetery. The Lewin Funeral Home, Fremont is assisting the family with arrangements.
