Weyauwega, WI — A wrong-way driver on U.S. Highway 10 led to a tense situation Friday morning after failing to yield to law enforcement and continuing into downtown Weyauwega before finally stopping.

A driver has died following a single-vehicle crash on Southwood Drive in the Town of Lind on October 24, 2025. The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office is continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
